We kindly ask that you contact us no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Otherwise this will result in a 20Euro Cancellation fee. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge “No Show” fee of the reserved service amount.
